The second test between England and Pakistan at Rose Bowl in Southampton is the last match of the three Tests scheduled before the team tours West Indies. The Pakistan players will be hoping that they can beat England in order to get a top four finish for their country as well as their international careers.
England currently has a number of players who have been in good form during their recent tour of the Caribbean. These include all-rounder Alastair Cook, who was outstanding for his side during their series with Sri Lanka. He also took the wicket of Kumar Sangakkara, a player many people thought would be out of action for quite some time. Both of these players are known for their consistency as they bat and bowl at the same time.
Pakistan, meanwhile, have a number of other players who are playing a part in their team’s success. They include all-rounder Yasir Shah, who recently returned to the side after an injury. Pakistan captain Misbah ul-Haq is also playing a major part in the team as he looks to help his side overcome a poor run-in and ensure that they progress in their ongoing campaign.
